Pork Fried Rice

2 (6 ounce) boneless pork loin chop, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1/2 cup finely chopped carrot
1/2 cup chopped fresh broccoli
1/2 cup frozen peas
2 green onion, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
2 egg, beaten
2 cups cold, cooked long-grain rice
3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
